To Whom It May Concern;
We have recently had the opportunity of working on two projects; a $5.8 M Addition and Renovation for Manitoba Government Services and $600,000. Addition and Renovation to an existing church for which Tower Engineering Group supplied Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering conceptual services.
During the course of construction, Tower was always approachable and all site-related issues were dealt with in a prompt and cost effective manner with minimal or no impact to the construction schedule.
We would not hesitate to recommend Tower Engineering Group to any client wishing to employ their design and inspection services.
Yours truly,

Dear Sirs:
On behalf of the City of Dauphin, it is our pleasure to provide Tower Engineering Group with a letter of reference for your firm's work on our $7.5 million Multi-Purpose Arena Facility.
Tower Engineering Group was retained by the project committee to perform the following services:
- act as overall Project Manager;
- provide advice on all project-related issues;
- review the technical content of contractor proposals and provide advice and recommendations;
- monitor the progress of the design-build contractor;
- perform all contract administration services on behalf of the project.
The City of Dauphin was very pleased with the work of Tower Engineering Group throughout the project, and believe their involvement played a key role in ensuring the success of the overall project, along with ensuring it was delivered on-time and completed on budget. More specifically, we were extremely satisfied with the personnel allocated to the various tasks by Tower Engineering Group, as each was fully qualified, very easy to deal with and provided concrete opinions on every issue.
In our opinion, the retention of Tower Engineering Group paid for itself in the first two weeks of the project.
In closing, the City of Dauphin would retain the services of Tower Engineering Group again in the future without hesitation.
Yours truly,
Brad D. Collett, BComm(Hons), MAcc, CA

To Whom This May Concern:
Tower Engineering was responsible for the electrical and mechanical design of our Arena Project.
Their quality of service is excellent and we especially liked and appreciated their willingness to work with and for our volunteer committee.
Guenter Schaub is our project manager and has dealt with all the concerns that arise during construction. He keeps us informed and is always available to hear and deal with our concerns.
In the near future we hope to add a curling rink. and community ball to our complex.
We have Tower Engineering at the top of our list when phase 2 and 3 become a reality for the South Interlake Recreation Center.
Without a question we would recommend the Tower Engineering Group to any community undertaking a construction project.

Granny's Poultry Head Office and Hatchery

To Whom It May Concern,
Tower Engineering group was involved in the mechanical and electrical engineering of our new state-of-the-art hatchery at 750 Pandora Avenue East in Winnipeg. Tower, in conjunction with ChickMaster Incubator company specifications for heat recovery, designed our facility.
We required a facility that would provide the best environment for incubation and processing of baby chicks to provide our producer members with the most viable and best quality chicks for our processing plant needs.
We required that our facility be as "green" and energy efficient as possible. To that end we are able to recover the heat our embryos produce to provide heat to our facility. We also have incorporated an open well system for heat recovery (winter) and cooling (summer).
Their design maximized efficient air flow throughout our facility. We required different pressurization to enable air flow from clean to dirty areas during production so that there is no backflow contamination. We also required energy efficient lighting and parking receptacles.
The project was completed within the timelines we required. This was a very complex project in that our entire facility from incubation to airflow is computer supervised to maximize efficiencies.
We also took noise contamination and the visual appeal of our facility into consideration to make sure that we properly fit into the neighbourhood.
All our exhaust fans and air intakes are located on the south and west sides to minimize noise impact. There is no equipment protruding through our plant roof.
Granny's is satisfied with the design and subsequent completion and operation of our new head office and hatchery.
Sincerely,
Craig Evans
